My absolute favorite birthday memory is that I always got to share my birthday with my dad. Mine is on the 6th of the month and his was on the 7th. He always said I was the best b-day gift he ever had. We shared b-day cakes every year - they were always ice cream cakes from Carvel, when I was growing up. After marrying and moving away sharing was always hard. At his 85th b-day party, he made it a point to share with me all over again with another shared cake! Sadly he died on my birthday in '05 (day short of 89). Now, since he "took" my birthday, I've decided to "take" his and I now celebrate mine on the 7th. I don't think he'd mind as we always shared anyway.

Happy 30!! Life gets better after 30!

My very favorite birthday memory was the birthday when I turned 33. It was the best year of my life!
Thanks for a chance at the giveaway!

we never made a big deal in my family (of 10 kids)about birthdays. In fact my sisters b'day is 2 days before mine. But mom ALWAYS made us a cake, even if there was already half a cake left from another b'day!

Spending my first birthday with my now-hubby! He made it special.

My most memorable birthday was spent in San Francisco with my mum when I turned 33. The Golden Gate bridge was clearly visible with not a cloud in sight and then we topped it off with a Ghirardelli sundae.

My favorite birthday memories are actually those of my two children...the day they were born. I love to think of those days!

Min senaste (36, denna veckan faktiskt!) är den bästa - det är gott att leva, med åren kommer erfarenheter att takla även negativa saker så att de inte påverkar så mycket. njut av din födelsedag - grattis!/jennie
