hm....sorry

I have been such a bad blogger this time. I will be better!

Hm... you would think that much has to have happened since last time but really it has been kind of slow. My buddy J was here over last weekend and that was fun as usual :) I have been scrapping quite a bit in my new place :) I love every second of it ofcourse :) I was scared that now that my dear dear husband finally made me this beautiful room and I sit in it with no inspiration ´cause I am usued to this tiny place to scrap. I am happy that I was wrong! I don´t think I have scrapped this much for a long time. You can see my recent work here I am in happy place when I can create stuff.

I have had some vacation time for the latest 3 weekes and I start work on monday again. I am twisted about what I feel about that. Sure some freetime is always to prefer but I do miss the kids and some structure in my everyday. We have made some changes at work so I am thrilled to see how that is going to work out.

...long time no blog :)

I have been dying to post some pictures but my Photoshop was messed up...now its all fixed up again! (All thanks to my buddy J! Thank you!!)My DH made me a scraproom! I LOVE IT! It is like 10 times larger than the space I am used to so it feels like a ballroom for me! It was finished monday night and I moved in first thing tuesday. Can you tell that I was eager! The best thing about it is that it seems to be everyones new favorite room. One of the bookshelves holds photoalbums and my daughters books so I put a blanket on the floor infront of it and everynow and then someone is sitting there flipping through an album or reading a book...or taking a nap : ) That would be one of the dogs ofcourse!

Otherwise work is going so slow...I have one more week until my vacation!! Yeah!
My mother and father in law are arriving tonight and we are going to a concert with a swedish band tomorrow night. Hm...I have to go clean!

Hello :)

Went to work today and had such a boring day. We had about 6 kids total and that would be fab any other day but the weather was boring, the kids cranky, me cranky and tired :( Blah!
Anyway it was a rather short day so that was good. And I made these felt flowers: I like them!

My daughter is coming home tomorrow!!! Yeah! I have missed her offcourse, but I would have missed her even more if I didn´t work.

Mallorca

So I thought that I would share some other photos from our trip to Mallorca. It was dear daughters first airplaneride and it was very exciting for me aswell since I haven´t flown in 10 years. My husband is really afraid but it all went well with no delays or other trubble.

We lived at a great hotel that was near to everything. It was quite, lots of families and nice. The hotel had two pools and that is where we spend most of our time. Dear daughter is like a fish in the water and she loved being able to go in when ever she wanted. On our way to the beach we spotted lots of stray cats and dogs. They made some of us very homesick. We also saw lemontrees which are not a common sight here in Sweden! :)

We rented a car one day and went for a ride to a small harbour town called Cala Figuera. It is a must see. Wow. The ocean was fantastic and the whole town was like taked out of a Agatha Cristie book. Very cosy and beautiful. It was full of fishermen and rich tourists...and us! We had a wonderful meal at the oceanside.
We also went up to the mountains and what a view we got! The ocean was so blue and the mountains fantastic. We went to the town where Michael Douglas has his house, very cool! :)

Anyway, it is really late and I am tired...more another day.

Happy Monday!

I hope everone has a happy monday! As usual i was up before the roaster :) as I start work at 6 am. It seems like it is going to be another warm and sunny day here in Sweden.
Weekend update:

Friday: I went to town with dear daughter and left her at her dads. They were going to Gothenburg for the weekend. as i am rarely in town i made some yummie shopping :) I found some great halterneck tank tops at H&M for only 49.90 crowns. A bargain! I got 4! Also looked for a dress for my sisters graduation, but i don´t think I really found anything. Happy though I fit all the dresses I tried :) I got home at half past 8 and did some scrapping and went to bed.

Saturday: I got up earlier than I had planned and whatched some E! I love to just lay on the couch and look at all the celebraties :) I went for a long walk with the dog and went down to check my friends shop out, as usual I got home with some new things :) In the afternoon we put together dear daughters big trampoline! It took like 3 hours! But boy is it fun! (I´ll post some pictures later) My husband said "I´m not going to jump!" I said that he should atleast try once....he jumped the rest of the night! haha... When we were done with that we grilled some nice meat and had a wonderful salad. We were going to go inside to whatch a movie but I ended up scrapping and he sat infront of the TV. Sunday: we slept in! Nice! Then I trimmed the grass...again. And gardened a bit. after that I was supposed to go for my walk but I was so damn tired I layed on the couch insted...bad me :)
dear daughter came home and she was thrilled about the trampoline! So happy!

Mmm... the weather is fantastic! We have had some freat weather the lst cuple of days and ofcourse I am the first to get some tanninging done :) I love soaking up the sun!
Made a trip to make dear daughter her passport....yes, we are going on VACATION! WOW! We have never been abroad together (well we went to Norway last year but does that really count?) We are going to Mallorca on the 10 th of june and I am going to love it. I am going to take a horizontal position and stay there for as long as I want :) No, but we are really looking forward to this and are still wondering if it is really true. Since I have been in collage for the entire time we have been together the money part has always been an issue. Now that we both are working we have so much more money to go around. It is a great feeling to be able to do fun things every month instead of having to save and save for months. Anyway, Mallorca....we are going for one week and we are staying at a good hotel for kids. Since dear daughter is an only child it is great that there will be lots of other kids there she can be friends with. The hotel has 2 pools and that is where you can find me :)

Tomorrow is garden day at our house. We are going to trim the grass for the first time this season. It is amazing how fast the grass grows once it gets green. After that I hope that I can sit in the sun for a while and then excercise :)

Time for an update again! We have been in Gothenburg for the weekend and we got to meet my sister and her family again. We "borrowed" my nephew over the day today! It is wonderful to get to know him. And his really photogenic :)
AND...I got some shopping done as well :) All scrapstuff ofcourse! I think I went a little overboard with 2 magazines bought and I ordered, but what the hell. I love the felts (it is a really dark photo but they are springly green and a beautiful blue shade). I plan to make some flowers for a necklace out of them. The ribbons are great colors as well, lot´s of fun to do with those! The rubons I love! I am so happy to have found white ones now! I found some great pearls also.



This week I got my CJ (circle journal) back from my group at 2peas I didn´t think that I would be that emotional about it. But I was so happy to see that all the girls (7) made such an effort to make it wonderful! I think ablout all the time, stash and creativity that is in my book now! Fantastic! I get s goosebumps all over flipping through it! Thank you so much again, girls!

Great weekend

We celebrated our 4th anniversary this weekend! Actually we got married on the 27th but we are booked this weekend so we celebrated a little early :) We had the most fantastic day at a city about a hour drive from our house called Linkoping. It is an old city with alot of history and now a big university city. We parked and took a stroll down town. There where alot of small shops and nice buildings. We had some wonderful luch at a restaurant at a hotel. And then laid in the park just catching some sun :) When we got to town we saw this long long line of people, it must have been over 50 people standing in line. At first we thought it was the line to the ATM, but it was the line to an icecream bar! Wow! We figured it have to some icecream that is sold there! But unfortunatly it wasn´t extra ordinary at all :(We had a great day!

I´m here

So I´m back. We got a new computer and it took a while for me to get everything fixed up. Everything is working just fine and I LOVE the dashboard!

So, life is going alright. My sister and her family was up for easter and it was fun! The little one is 7 months now and just to sweet! I took him for a walk and it felt good.
I took lots and lots of pictures. Easter sunday we went for dinner with mom since she had her birthday on the 18th. It was nice.

We are celebrating our 4th weddingday on the 27th of april!!! But we are actually having some dinner on saturday since it is D:s week to have dear daughter. We are looking up some nice resturants in a city called Linköping. We have never been there but though that we should go somewhere unusual.

Well, I have to make dinner now...

ooops...I did it again!

...sorry for being MIA for a while again :( Last week was just so full and very tired...I guess I was tired from being sick the week before. Although today is also a sleepy day :) Monday morning is always my opening morning at school so that means I open at 6 am. But that also means that I get to go home at 2!

This weekend has been a relatively quite one. Saturday me and Dear Husband slept in and that was heaven! And then we had some delicious breakfast as we usually do on the weekends. We sit for like an hour and eat, talk and listen to the radio. Very nice.
Then Dear Daughter and her dad and step mom came over and we had some coffe and tea and I actually made some scones! We had a talk about daughters situation at school which is a little complicated at the moment. We are hoping that it will pass soon.

We where hoping that spring had really come this time but last week we had a blizzard again! We have had 3 solid months of winter and snow this year. Spring please come!!!

Sunday me and dear daughter made some papier mache easter eggs and we are finishing them up today. Am I a preschool mom or what?!! She had a birthday party as well and then we went for a walk with the dogs.

Nice and quite...

good weekend

I had a good weekend. We went to Gothenburg to celebrate my MIL and FIL birthdays and a Hardcore Superstar http://www.hardcoresuperstar.com/ concert at http://www.stickyfingers.nu/ It was so much fun! Husband was in his right element :) Good people, good club, good music.
Then the next day I was sick again! I had a headache and a bad throat :(

We have had some weird weather the last cuple of months. We have had winter as in snow for like 3 months. And then now in march we have had better days when the sun has been warmer. Then the other day we woke up to this!
